Looking After Port Melbourne Beaches

Here are the details for our clean this weekend:

Sat 7 Sep

9:00 am – 10:00 am

Meeting Location: footpath near the Beacon Cove roundabout / near the Centenary Bridge Pylon

This month we’ll be cleaning the big beach between Station Pier and the PM Yacht Club.   Hope you can join us this Saturday!  The strong winds and waves will deposit a trail of plastic along the tideline which travelled from upstream.

Remember litter collection bags & some pickers are provided, but gloves are not.  Please bring your own pair (sturdy garden gloves) if you want to use them.

Invite family, friends, coworkers and neighbours to join us.  Dogs are allowed on all  beaches, so canine helpers are welcome too!

 We’ll see you there!

We all love clean beaches in Port Melbourne!
